We will never sell, rent or share ANY of your information to a 3rd party agency without your expressed permission, unless required by law. We only store your prior and current personal information (name, address, telephone number and email address) and your profile for the purpose of generating your customized forms, servicing your account, and informing you about changes to our services. We do provide the option on your registration to opt-out from any marketing or change in service e-mails.

Keep your secret stuff... secret. We won't ask.

We will NEVER ask for sensitive information such as your social security number, drivers license, account numbers, etc. We believe this is the only way to ensure that your information and identity are kept safe.  While our Guidebooks allow you to fill and print information in the forms, information cannot be saved. We utilize SSL encryption technology to ensure that your information is securely handled and credit cards are charged immediately via Paypal and are never stored by us.

Easy on the cookies.

We only use cookies to understand how our service is being used so that we may improve it.  No personal identifying information is stored or utilized in the cookie but only an identification number unique to the computer.

Safety in numbers.

We MAY use, sell, rent and share information about user statistics in aggregate (i.e. summary) but will never include nor disclose any personal identifying information.
